Athlete's Information

Although the safety of all sports activities is the primary concern, sports activities at RTG ACADEMY may cause injuries and/or death. I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against the RTG ACADEMY and the persons in charge.

I/we agree that RTG may send email communications about this program, future programs and/or offerings. (This includes updates due to weather, unexpected delays and/or location changes.) RTG will never share or sell your email address or contact information.

FOR PARENTS OF MINOR ATHLETES:
I, the parent or legal guardian of the ATHLETE(S) listed above, grant RTG Academy my permission to use all photographs, recordings and videos obtained during any RTG Academy events and programs, including any photographs, recordings and videos obtained by RTG Academy during any prior event or program, for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, social media, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
